Sorry for the delay in posting, but I won't be writing much for at least a week or so - we have several holiday outings this week and then off to the West Indies we go--Chris and I go away each Christmas, just the two of us. It's a wonderful tradition that we both cherish. I'll let you know all about the Lobster, conch, nutmeg, cocoa, rum, etc. we sample when we return.
In the meantime, have a wonderful holiday, eat lots of delicious food, and don't forget to adjust your attitudes!
